Senior Business Development Executive
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have three years or so in sales or business development, possess great organization and communication skills and have prior experience in achieving revenue targets.

We are a leader in web and performance based marketing with our work featured and celebrated across global forums such as the Awwwards, Web Awards, NYX Marcom Awards and many more including recognition in Sri Lanka at SLT Zero One and SLIM DIGIS. Antyra works with hundreds of leading brands in the fields of travel and hospitality, finance and insurance, e-commerce, fashion and education.
Responsibilities
- Achieve a defined quarterly sales target through new business acquisition and existing business development
- Manage enquiries regarding Antyra’s service portfolio
- Develop sales pitches and proposals with the guidance of the senior team
- Generate sales reports
- Assist in the development of customer-facing sales content
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum three years prior experience in a sales or business development position with responsibility for sales targets.
- A prior digital / media / web agency background will be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of people.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing or Business Management.
