Antyra Labs, is the technical arm of the company and for the last decade has offered product engineering services, building diverse web applications ranging from insurance rating engines to hotel booking software.
The Role
You will be assigned as the Project Manager for selected client projects. Preferably a qualified software engineer with great communication skills, the Project Manager would be the liaison between all internal stakeholders, driving development teams to deliver. He / She must be able to speak the lingo, have a deep understanding of estimation processes and be able to keep things on track. The project manager will ultimately be responsible for the on-time and on- budget delivery of projects assigned.

Responsibilities
- Based on customer, management and technical team feedback, create the blueprint for a project defining resources, time and scope.
- Handle project initiation: once the business development team concludes a sale, you will take over from the kick-off for selected projects.
- Create and manage project plans taking into account sizing, estimation, scheduling, staffing, risk management and deliverables.
- Ensure clear and precise communication with goal setting, milestones and follow-up processes in place with development teams.
- Ensure detailed project tracking and visibility to all stakeholders, with key metrics maintained at project level and department level.
- Ensure project profitability targets are met through on-time and on-budget delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management.
- Experience in Agile Methodologies. Certification will be considered a definite plus.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or IT
- Have prior experience with large scale web applications.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Formal project management qualifications will be considered a plus
