Assistant Manager – Business Development
We seek an experienced Business Development professional to fuel our growth. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in driving the numbers for a service oriented business similar to ours, with an educational background in sales and marketing.
Antyra Solutions is an integrated agency serving customers in 14 countries through our offices in New York, Singapore and Colombo. Our primary services are website design and development, search marketing, social media marketing and branding services. We have won four of the top five web awards in the world while our capabilities have been celebrated both locally and internationally. Antyra works with hundreds of leading brands in the fields of travel and hospitality, finance, insurance, e-commerce, fashion and education.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for driving the numbers; setting and achieving targets with Senior Management.
- Identifying market opportunities through research, meetings, networking and other channels.
- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
- Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.
- Managing the business development team.
- Attending events and conferences.
Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum four years of experience in a business development role in a service industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams.
- A drive to seek new business opportunities.
