Admin Executive
We are on the lookout for an Admin Executive, who can manage basic HR and Finance administrative tasks. This role is suitable for a fresh graduate. Attention to detail is a must.

Antyra works with hundreds of leading brands in the fields of travel and hospitality, finance, insurance, e-commerce, fashion and education.
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Preparing daily attendance report and generating leave records for HR
- Generate weekly attendance reports to identify specific staff issues
- Monitor timesheet completion, follow up with staff and provide a weekly report of timesheet submissions
- Maintain up-to-date staff records including resident addresses, marital status, birthdays and special occasions and similar.
- Assist in the preparation of LOCs, service letters and service confirmation letters
- Check, Update and Maintain Antyra’s HR System
- Maintain Antyra’s asset list (laptops, peripherals, devices and similar given to staff)
- Schedule interviews and follow ups
- Manage the ordering of consumables (tea, coffee, milk powder and similar)
- Staff petty cash management
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an added qualification
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams.
